Dell has been calling my home and saying they need to contact my son. I gave them my son's contact information and they promised not to call again. A half an hour later, they called again. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the superviser promised me they would not call my home again. Tonight they called again (one night later).

I refused to give them the information over again. I asked again for a supervisor. This time I got his name, Mark Alicea, don't know if it is for real or not.

He wanted the information over again and I told him I did not want to be called again and I would not give him the information again. And that they promised to stop calling me. I told him that I owned a Dell I paid cash for but it would be the last one I ever own. He was very rude, and by this point I was very mad. And that I didn't want to give them the information and it went back and forth until I realized he didn't want to be on the phone with me anymore. (How Ironic!!)

I called him back 866-384-2485, they told me they didn't want me to hold because I was holding up their phone lines!! Chaching. He was busy, but I told them I didn't mind holding, especially if it tied up a line. I told her over 3 times, I will just hold. (I am not crazy, my TV is broke and I figured they like to talk on the phone.

When Mark got on the line, I told him, "Hey, I was just about to eat dinner so I was thinking of him." He told me maybe I was really my son, since I didn't believe him about them not calling me back, he didn't believe me as to who I am. I called him back a few times just to see if he would believe me that I wasn't my son. He doesn't want to talk to me because we keep getting disconnected.

I am going to call him back tomorrow, maybe a few more times tonight and tell him I still really don't believe he is going to stop calling me and I am still not Aaron. I see so much of what they have done by reading these posts on the internet. Maybe Aaron really doesn't owe them either. Mark really doesn't like being called and told that I am not Aaron, but since he told me the last time I called he didn't believe me, I better call him back and reassure him it is still true.
