The Printer I Ordered On 11/05/2008 Said It Comes With FREE-2 Extra Ink Cartridges Included. I Receive The Printer On 11/12/2008 It Never Had The Cartridges In The Box. I Called Dell And Told Them That The 2 Cartridges Were Missing They Said It Never Came With Cartridges. They Tried To Sell Me Some Cartridges .They Are Deceiveing Customers With The Ads Because It Still Says On The Dell 810 Printer Ad FREE-2 Extra Ink Cartridges Included .

They Should Not Be Allowed To Deceive The Customers Like This. I Ordered Another Printer 1 Week Before This One And Had The Same Problem .I Even Called A Dell Sales
Person And Ask Them Before I Ordered The Printer If It Had Ink Cartridges And They Told Me Every Dell Printer They Sale Come With 2 Cartridges. I Sent It Back
Hopeing That Since It Said FREE-2 Extra Ink Cartridges Included That This One Would Have Them With This One But It Did Not. You Cannot Trust Dell
