I have had my Dell Inspiron 1525 for the past year. In that Time frame, I have had it either crash due to hard drive failure about 5 times. Each time I lose all of my files obviously. And when it crashes they send me a new hard drive, only for it to crash again withing 2-3 months.

I had my notebook shipped off and they could not find anything wrong with the hardware. SOMETHING is wrong with this. Is it just a coincidence that my hard drive crashes every 2-3 months, or is it Dell's incompetence?

I'm sick and tired of losing all of my files and programs due to their incompetence, and spend hours backing up and reinstalling everything. It's tedious, annoying, and I shouldn't be having to do this!!
