I  bought a new computer with windows 8 in Jan.  the rpoblems started from day one.  my speaker, microphone wouldnt work.  i had to call couple of times to get this fixed so i wanted to get refund.  Instead they told me that they can fix and and if not I can get a refund.  nonetheless there were problems and problems.  I bought in the Us but I rside in Japan.  bought 3 year warranty but since I reside in Japan, the warranty went o Japan while I was still in the us. 

i had sent to the factory 5 times but almost 30 compalints and the arrogance and the unwillingness to take responsibility, I was tossed around from one to another.  the supervisor was arrogant as hell saying lets hear my re4cording (u started recording our converstaion) since dell said they didnt record anythingg but before you talk to someone they said they will.

since Nnovember, it was in the factory 5 weeks and came back and broke down in onw day.  they admitted it was their fault.  stupid stuff like cd would not work, could not ioperated norton, word and itnue a te same time.  I bought i7 with 8gb memory so it shouldnt crash.  so once again it went to factor and I was fed up with  bDell and said my first priority is to get a refund.  they sent me a letter ordering me to send it back within two weeks or I cannot get a refund.  the mail indicated it was written on 11th but it arrived 13th which is very unlikely since it hould have come next day.  so I sent my dell back but I called 6 times to get hold of someone from accounting to get my refund.  no one called and no update.  so essentially dell stole my money and wont give it back for unknown reason.  I am thinking of suing them in small courts since they are not taking this seriously and no one person who I have talked to have  taken responsibility or was accoutable.  in the end, I bought a new coomputer but dell is fraudulent comapny with no common sense or responsibiklity.  I bought a 3 years warranty but it wasnt even a year old.  and I still have not heard anything even though they sent an arrogant letter saying i need to send it back within two weeks.  who the hell they are.. japan is worst since they are nothing but arrogance and there is no customer service because they wer rude and arrogant enough even though they admitted that is was 100% of their fault .  its such a crap company and crap computer.  it was once considered a good computer but those days are over and that is why they are cheap because they dont care if it gets broken.  there is no place to make complaint and no one person had any courtesy in speaking to a customer who had so much trouble thtat they would realize they need to do better job.  inexcusable crap company.  you buy the computer, your just flushed your money down tthe toilet.
