Dell Ordered advertised product on web site took credit card then reneged on shipping! internet

Dell Disaster:  Don’t let this happen to you!

Price matched a TV on DELL’s web site for the holidays, credit card taken and all, after 4 days called to check status of order, was informed order canceled no longer being sold, I asked why NOT TOLD, did not know simply directed me to their refund department, asked if they could help ME find comparable, they simply sent me to the website and canceled my order. No Christmas present at least not the deal I had found,

THANKS FOR NOTHING DELL!

Contacted Sales resolution department, also gave me the run around for 3 days until I finally called and they simply said they could not help again I asked why they could not have called and informed, it is the holidays, she simply stated had no idea, just wanted me to authorize cancellation to release the order.
