This company should not be in business. The workers speak very little english, makes it hard to ask questions about work being done.
Re-.piping a whole house is not a small job. The people in the office are very hard to deal with, everything is not their problem, even if they created it. The workers are very sloppy, paint and texture everywhere. They do just enough to get by. Their field supervisor will try to sell more expensive work that doesn't need to be done.
If your going to have this job done I'd have a licensed plumber do it, not these people. I don't know how they are even allowed to do this work. The product they use is very sub standard. Having to use these people thru a law suit is a joke, the whole thing smells, or maybe just your typical Las Vegas cash grab. Good luck, you'll need it!!!!!

It is very difficult to resolve any issues mentioned in this report without any information pertaining to your specific home. Delta Mechanical as the largest plumbing company in the united states does a very high volume of work. Specificly in Neveda because of the mentioned Kitec law suit.
We are licensed plumbers and have met a very strict list of requiremnts in order to be able to perform this work not only in the state of Nevada but also for this law suit. They do not allow just anyone to join the class as a relief plumber.
I do apologize that you have not had the greatest experience as of yet, and would like to turn that around. If you would please contact me at the office I would be more than happy to make this my priority to resolve, and end this with a positive responce on this report from you.
