I purchased a huge lot of video games and accessories from mr Lewis. I Mailed him a Money Order For 360.00$ After a few weeks i never received the item and his feed back was dropping quick from other E-bay members leaving negative feedback.. I E-mailed him and he said the items will be there any day now.. after another week i e-mailed him again and asked for a refund since the product was not comming after waiting for 3 weeks.
Mr lewis said he would refund my money. A week later nothing. I E-mailed him again asking for a refund and he said "Sure Thing As Promised" After 2-4 Weeks I gave up and i tried calling him. I did get ahold of him and he said he sent me the refund (which i never Recieved) and he said he was going to go the post office Monday September 6th and check on the money order that he supposedly sent. And he would contact me and let me know what was going on. Its now September 22 ... I paid for the items in the middle of July and I still have not received Either the Items Or The Refund.

Dennis Lewis strikes again!
AUTHOR: James - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Sunday, October 03, 2004
Gary, I'm glad you posted about your experience with Dennis Lewis. This guy has defrauded numerous people with his bogus internet auction schemes. How do I know? This deadbeat tried to con me out of $1850 by offering to sell and taking payment for items that he never had in his possession. Do a search of this site with the names Lewis, Dennis Lewis, and Dennis P. Lewis. You will see what I mean, trust me! Look all through 2004.
I gave Lewis two months to return my money. He gave me a plethora of bad excuses and failed to comply. I ended up suing him in District Court. Just before our scheduled court date, Lewis paid up, all of my money plus court costs. He had paid me a large chunk of what he owed me by PayPal, then filed a false claim AGAINST ME and tried to get the money taken back! Didn't work. Of course, when I caught this and confronted him, he said that it was PayPal who was trying to "steal the money from both of us". Don't let him PayPal you!
Now, a few things about Mr. Dennis Lewis. He puts on a decent act at first. He seems like a great guy to talk to if you don't know him and know what he's up to. He is courteous and really seems to care about you, his customer. Don't buy it! Also, I have found that this guy is a COMPULSIVE LIAR! He told me some things about himself, including that he was a law student and that his father was a retired attorney. Both of these are false, as he later admitted after I had to explain to him the difference between Civil and Criminal courts. I could go on with many more of his lies as well. Denny loves to make all kinds of legal threats once you call him on his scams and get tough on him. He'll say that he will sue you, that he knows police officers, that you are "illegally discriminating him",etc., etc. It's all bogus. He knows that he is in the wrong, he just wants to make YOU feel like the bad guy so you will back down from him. Don't do it.
Here is how I dealt with Dennis Lewis's ripoff attempt on me. You should do these things as well, Gary. I think they will help. First, report him to the FBI at www.ifccfbi.gov. If he has given you bogus mailing or tracking information, report him for mail fraud by calling the Manchester, PA post office at (717) 266-2466. You may also do it online at usps.com, but DO call his post office as well. The Pennsylvania State Police may also be able to assist you. I had not contacted them, but was about to when I finally got my money back. Since you live in another state, ask your local court system about what they might be able to do for you as well. I'm sick of this criminal lowlife ripping people off, and I have told him that I will be the victim's advocate every time I find out about one of his scams.
I wish you the best, Gary. I think that there are enough resources out there that you should be able to get back what is rightfully yours. Now I'm just waiting for a childish, threatening e-mail from Dennis Lewis. Hahaha!! Nothing new, as I have exposed this moron to several other people as well. Get a life, Denny. Thanks again to the Ripoff Report!!
