Department of Child Support Enforcement DCSE Unfair Decision and Treatment Newport News Virginia

  When I was preparing for divorce the ex-wife had already submitted paperwork to DCSE so she can start getting child support.  When I was imformed by certified mail that she has claimed she was only receiving a little bit of money from me which was never the case.  DCSE accepted her truth over what I had presented them.  I had given them 4 years worth of bank records and LES's to prove she was gettimg more than she has claimed.  She also claimed I missed almost a years worth of child support.  What makes all this very insulting to me is the fact I have proven that she has received more than double the amount she was claiming to have received.

  I informed DCSE that in the year of 2013, my paycheck was going into her personal account and not the joint account.  So she had full access to funds through me.  I had also informed DCSE that she had taken my entire Reenlistment bonus I received from the Army which totaled $7,800 after taxes.  She also got away with my whole December 1st pay of that same year.  I presented this information to Appeals Officer but it seems the Newport News Office magically misplaced all the evidence I had presented to them.

  Have been a good provider to my children and they have never had a need or want that wasn't met.  I just want justice to be done and everything set straight.  I have been trying since 2014 to settle this matter and it seems the harder I try the less results I get. She also has a friend in their office, someone whom she has a relationship with.  This person attended Christopher Newport University where she works as a Financial Aid Represenative. I don't even know if this site will even help but right now I am running out of ideas and options.
