I received a phone call at home, which I did not answer, on my personal cell, again, I did not answer and at work, which I did answer. A woman who said her name was Kathy from the Security Crime Division at the Dept. of Law and Investigation, with a heavy middle eastern accent stated that I owed a payday loan company called Quick Cash and unpaid loan of 300.00. With fees, etc., it was now 501.00. Kathy said I had two options, to pay the 501 dollars or they would send the file to the investigation dept who would send officers to my home the next day at 11:00 am to arrest me and take me to the local courthouse. Kathy said that she would also take my manager into custody and question him or her. They had my name, address, place of employment and social security number, all correct, which has me really creeped out!! When I told her I did not have any such loan, she stated that she wished me good luck with all the bad luck that was to follow. Kathy went on to say that she or other officers would tell my employer that I had committed fraud to bring me shame. Then she went on to say that I was being charged with three serious felonies, banking violations, check fraud, etc. I couldn't believe it. Although I knew that I never had such a loan and that if I had that no one can arrest me for a loan default, I was still shaken. I developed a horrible headache and was sick to my stomach. This was on January 11th, and I thought it was over. Then today, Jan. 24th I got another phone call, only at my office this time, and I told her I learned that she was a scammer, and hung up. She tried to call back once and I hung up on her again. How can this be stopped? I am going to my local police dept to file a complaint as a precaution. Does anyone have any advice?

Me too!

I received a very similar phone call - several of them, actually. Mine was from a guy with an accent who told me he was Officer Andrew Spencer from the Department of Financial Investigations.
At one point, I answered it and hung up on him. He proceeded to call me back 5 times, one right after the other. I did not answer these calls, but they keep calling and leaving me messages. They tell me that if I do not respond, I have no idea what kind of trouble I will be in.
The number they left for me to call them back at is 347-826-4106. I am still getting several calls a day from them and it has been happening for at least 2 weeks.

I would also tell her this I put a bad curse on you and this curse will be with you for the rest of your life
