Department of Law Investigation I recieved a call from a gentleman who stated that his name was Rick Boyd and that he was ging to sue me for $800 if i didnt not pay them. They refused to give me there information about where they we austin, Texas

hello i was told by the company, who called my work looking for me and trying to intimidate my boss telling them they had to give up my information about me and that if they didnt then they would be sued also. then they called me saying that if i didnt then they would sue me and take away my children. the odd thing is that i have no children. They would not say if i could make payments. they only said i had to make it in full. and i had to pay with a check or credit card. they also said that the client doesnt have to send me anything to notify me and that i cant contact them to settle the debt. I havent even taken any money from the company they say i did.

That is all they are - they are not even in this country so don't worry about it.  Just let them know YOU know they are scammers and tell them to take a long walk off a short pier preferably in shark infested waters.
