I have received a call for Department of Law Investigations Officer Stephen Taylor stating he would like me to fax him a letter so I can pay a debit on a pay day loan. I do not even know the name of this so called pay day loan company. Taylor has an India accent you can not understand him half the time. When you ask for someone who speaks English he gets made and starts threatening you will an Officer knocking on your door and taking you to jail this day. When you ask for the company tosend you a legal register letter. He changes the subject.
I saw on the Internet where this is happening to people across the US. How do you make this stop?

Dept of Law Investigations is scam

This company is a scam. They stole info from Cash America that included names, references, as well as what you owe.
Just call their bluff and say "sue me" either that or just hang up. Since they are not a real collection agency it is pointless to file a complain against them. I just started insulting them back when they called because someone had me listed as a reference.
Just ignore the calls. You can contact Cash America and they will tell you the same thing.
