 Dermessence offers a 14 day free trial so you can see if the cream works. But then they tell you it takes 30 to 90 days to see any results. What? You can not get a refund and if you ask to speak with a manager. They will tell you ,you can't. So to me they kind of already told me this is a scam I will not see any results for 30 to 90 days but I have 14 days when I first get it to see if it's working . But you just told me I will not see any results for 30 to 90 days so how am I going to see the results in the first 14 days of trial period. Basically they give you the 14 days free to get you to buy the product knowing that they are going to charge you because they just said you will not see results for 30 to 90 days. But here you go 14 free days that you think you're getting because we know the product isn't going to show you any results in this 14 days. The way they set up the free trial, is so your charge the $93 at the end of the 14 days that you're not going to get any results from. You're not going to get the results because they physically just told you it takes 30 to 90 days to see the results and they're not going to give you a refund as it's after the 14 day trial. That you were never going to see any results in because they tell you it takes 30 to 90 days but they don't tell you that in the beginning they tell you that after it doesn't work and you call to get your refund and then they tell you you can't get a refund and you ask to speak to a manager or supervisor and they tell you that you can't do that either because the managers and supervisors follow the same policies.
