I signed up for the 14 day risk free trial after being lured in by online sales verbage. The site stated that  this product was on the shark tank and the sharks loved it , and the site also showed more sale promotions. I had to pay $4.95 for shipping and handling. However , I never received anything. I now notice that there have been charges on my cc for $94.95 for the last 2 months. Plus an extra $1.99 that was charged on top of the $4.95 advertised shipping fees.

I have never received any product from this company . It was a Florida number that I called , and spoke to the most uncaring impatient boy who refused to refund me, then offered me a 30 % discount if i didnt cancel. Then a $50% discount. He was beligerent and clearly reading a script with no interest. Finally he offered to refund me but told me that it will take between 5-20 days. They have no tracking number or any proof that I have received anything from them which makes me believe nothing was ever sent to me.

Apparently , once you sign up for the risk free trial if you don't cancel aftyer 14 days then automatically put you into a contract that "sends' you cream every month, unless you notify them to cancel. You have to scrtoll so far down the page after the risk free trial that I am sure most people don't see this . You are lured in by the  "risk free" trial, however there is nothing risk free about this. This is a blatant misleading scam.
