I learned of this company through a sponsored ad on Facebook. They were giving free samples of a skin care product, just pay shipping and handling. Once I submitted my order, a pop-up appeared with another product. The pop-up was designed in such a way that you would think you should click Next to finish the order. Once I clicked Next another pop-up ad appeared with a different product. I again clicked Next before realizing I was being charged for these products. Each product was roughly $5 so I did not bother to contact the company to dispute it. I was unaware that by clicking Next on these two products that I was signing up for a recurring subscription to the product. I received another bottle of this face cream in the mail yesterday with an invoice for $94 ! This product is not worth the $5 shipping that I paid in the first place! When I called Customer Service the woman who answered the phone actually laughed at me on multiple occasions, refused to let me speak to a supervisor, refused to refund my money, and just kept repeating that I agreed to the terms and conditions. At no point during the transaction were terms and conditions displayed. Once I explained to her that I purchased this through a facebook ad and that terms and conditions were never displayed she then placed me on hold while she "talked with her supervisor". She returned to tell me she could refund me 35% of the $94. I continued to argue with her so she offered me a 50% refund "because she felt bad for me". I still continued to argue and demand a 100% refund when she told me that she would have to end the call because she had already exceeded her 9-minute time limit for phone calls.
