DermEssence Failed to refund money after product was cancelled and returned. Florida

 My wife ordered a trial offer product from DermEssence the first of November 2016. Her mother was placed in intensive care the first of December in Ohio, meanwhile the product was shipped to our home in Indiana. When I called to cancel the next shipment, My mother in law passed away, we were dealing with her funeral and I called to cancel the next shipment but was told by them that I had missed the 15 day cancellation period. They billed us $185.00 for a product that my wife had not even had a chance to try. I then called and spoke with a manager and was offered 50% back and return inventory. I declined this offer and demanded a full refund. A manger named Disandra agreed to 100% refund if I sent back product. Product was returned January 6, 2017. Have received no refund and they have product. Called today, April 16,2017 and was told the best they could do was 50% if I sent back product, which has already been returned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE AT ALL! THEY ARE A SCAM AND LIARS.
