DermEssence Read the Small Print......automatically sends future jars without ordering knowledge Internet

Ordered the DermEssence cream FREE TRIAL and received it immediately.  Used it once, with mixed results, then put it in the drawer.  30-days later I received another jar of this crap-goo and my credit card was billed $94.95 for this 'automatic' shippment.

I uncovered the DermEssence phone number (877)868-1023, talked to Kira??, where she informed me that I cannot return this crap for a refund, asking me "did you not read the contract that you signed-up for?"  Well, I knew I was not getting anywhere with her further saying "its a consumable, so it cannot be returned".......typical rip-off company and tactics.  I have to eat the $94.95, but will NEVER order anything more from companies like this.

Merry Christmas to me.......they should be put OUT OF BUSINESS by the BBB or other service.
