I never agreed to this charge, nor did I know about it, the package came without a bill or receipts. My story is very similar to the other one posted here, when I called they refused to give me a full refund and kept repeating that they have my 'signature'. A simple analogy to this merchant would be a thief who walks into Walmart with your credit card to buy a TV and forges my name on the receipt. What this company did to me and many others (who have not come forward yet) is called stealing and they are imposters, additionally are also misrepresenting an anti aging product that does not live up to its claims.
