Dermitage totally misleading advertisement Ontario California
*Consumer Comment: Dermitage scam
I'm so sorry you lost your money. I also was ripped off by the same ad. I believe it was on eBay. Fortunately I received an email thanking me for my "Free-Trial order!" At the bottom of the email it stated that I will be chargedthe diacounted price of $89.95. I received the email Sunday but their phone was not open until today, Monday, Jan. 26th. I called at 7AM but they said it had been shipped! How is that possible if I ordered it over the weekend? I also threatened to report them to the BBB and the California Attorney General's office and the consumer action reporter on CNBC who I happend to know. I will follow up on this as I'm furious.

Dermitage scam

I agree the Dermitage "free trial" offer is a scam. IF you send back the unused portion of the product within 14 days they claim you will get your money back. But if you keep the "free trial" for longer than 14 days you pay $89 for it. First of all you can't even tell if it works when you factor in the shipping time it takes to get to you and the time it takes to send it back. They are making $89 off of a whole bunch of "free trials", and fooling alot of people in the process. Their practice is deceitful and conniving.
