DeVry University Devry Lied to the VA department Miramar Florida

Devry University Lied to the VA department about my attendance , which causes me to use their loan to cover tuition and was told the VA would pay back the money. They lied about giving me credits from been on active duty, making me take cources not align with my degree, let me take classes and then say those credit dont apply to my major, charge double the price for books, labs were always broken and was told they were in remodel phase. Add loans to my account without my knoweldge and authorization and told me I could refuse them but had to pay the interest .

I was covered by the VA department with my post 9/11 and was a member of the florida National Guard at the time in college and had the state and my FASA to back up all my school expences , so why did Devry allow a $24,000 debt because of $3,400 they lied to the VA about me not been in school. I owed DeVry $700 but they only take loans for $5000 or up to clear a $700 loan .

I was told more than once not to worry about it because we as students wouldnt undestand how the paper work is and it might be confusing but they know how to work it out, from them I figure something was wrong, I was been threaten if I dont take the loan I would be drop from the school because they know we depend on the housing money for our daily life. I took a small loan for 3.4% but now they say it was 6.8% I never sign for any loan at 6.8% and they use electronic signiture to get loans on student names.

looking back now that I have finish my degree I realize DeVry is a big scam and wouldnt even use their name on a application to pick up garbage. I understand it is all about making money , thats ok , but dont cheat students out of their education and large interest loan . I will not pay a dime , they could sent it to 1000 credit companys they aint getting a dime, there is a thing called credit report , let them put it there, because that is the only thing these company in America seem to do when they mess up, so they can mess you up. They can keep all they have for me because it is of no use.
