DH Medical Made two types of orders w/o response from company. No delivery of product, but they did tap my account Internet

I had used the services of DH Medical before and was satisfied. Upon placing another order for the same product 8 months later, of all,then by internet .No to the phone order,so reordered by internet. No product delivery from either. My account was hit on the internet order. After waiting for 7 days (had gotten delivery with-in 3 days on first time order) with no product and haven gotten verification e-mail on order tried to track w/o any luck. I tried numerous calls only to get to response from a live person. I called my bank to put dispute on monies. I would suggest that before anyone use this buisness that you do further research as to wether they are still in buisness.
