DH Medical unresponsive after sale, lies when they do respond, Internet

I purchased a Sequal Eclipse O2 concentrator from DH Medical in June of 2010.  Delivery was late, causing me to not have it for a planned vacation.  Had several repair issues, which Sequal said to send to authorized service center in Texas; no problem with those.  Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for DH medical, who were unresponsive and dishonest.

Under its new policy Sequal said must return the unit for its latest repair through seller, DH Medical.  Had trouble even getting them to respond, then trouble getting them to send UPS to pick it up.  Finally picked up April 15. After a month, started calling to find out status.  Left numerous voice mail messages, finally on June 26 spoke to someone at DH Medical who said that they had sent it to such and such repair place, it was finished and would be returned promptly. 

Began calling again after a week.  No response to any voice mails.  Sent email, received no answer.  Today July 20 called the repair place, they say they have not been an authorized repair center since February and never had my concentrator.  They did however track it down for me. 

Turns out Sequal has it, and it was not sent to them by DH Medical until July 13.  My guess is that this was in response to my email sent that week.

So DH Medical kept my unit for almost 3 months without sending it for repair, and lied to me twice about its status.  Very cruel since this is a machine I need to supply oxygen so I can breathe.
