DHL Express This company overcharges and rips off its customers. Houston Texas

Just a warning to all of those people and companies that use DHL for their overnight mailings. I have spent years dealing with this company and will be finally giving up and refuse to ever use them again. They consistantly mark up weights and overcharge for mailings. I end up calling every week when I get a bill because of all of the excessive charges. Nothing ever happens with customer service.

I find it amusing when a single piece of paper that is sent ends up weighing 5 lbs. or they will send it to the wrong place and charge you for it. The latest is they supposedly sent a letter to all of their customers infoming them they will no longer ship to remote locations. I know we never received this letter. Now we have a package being held that they will not give back and will not even deliver for another week! This should have been overnight as it was legal paperwork. The customer service agent said there is nothing they will do about it and would fax me the letter. This does us no good when we need the paperwork to be sent. She was even courteous enough to hang up when I demanded the package be returned to us overnight so that we could resend it. DO NOT USE DHL!!!
