It's now Dec. 29th... and still have no package. It's 9 days late !!!

Dear Sir or Madam:
I would like to take this time to let you know I was very dissatisfied with the service I received on a shipment being delivered to me, by your company.

On December 19, 2006, I had a package sent to me from Fresno, Ca. This was to be delivered overnight and was to arrive on the 20th. I was informed by the shipper on the 20th that the package was delayed due to in climate weather.

On December 22, 2006 my shipment had not arrived. I called customer service and had them do the tracking. They told me the zip code was wrong, which we changed during this phone call and it was to be in route to me and was to arrive by 6:00 pm.
This did not happen.

I waited over the holiday weekend, and called again on Tuesday the 26th. I was told the package was being held for me to be picked up in Sunnydale, Ca. Now mind you I live in Ohio. I was then put on hold and told that the package was actually in Ohio and should arrive shortly. Once againno package. Later on that day I called, just to check and see if maybe it could be left at the local distribution center in Sharonville, Ohio and I'd pick it up myself..I was tired of waiting. This time I was told it did in fact go back to California with instructions to hold it, I would be picking it up.
How do you confuse Sunnyvale, Ca. with Sharonville, Oh.
By this time, (Wednesday) I was furious! I explained this to a very nice girl, whose name I forgot to write down. She took the time to trace every step of this shipment, and assured me that is would be in my hands Thursday December 28, 2006 at 10:30 am.

It is now 11:00..I do not have my package. Do you know why??? It's back in California. Because your people in the shipping facility failed once again to put the proper new shipping label on the package. I am on hold right now waiting to talk to a supervisor in California. Who has guaranteed me that the correct label will be put on, and it will be in my hand today by 11:00 pm. I was told to wait for a call back from this person. I don't think it's going to happen. Perhaps you can get on a plane, fly to California and bring my package to me personnaly.

What happen to the phrases, above and beyond, and your package is of the utmost importance to us, that I've heard a million times while being on hold? Clearly this is an out-right lie.

Let me make this clear to youthe right hand and the left hand have no clue what the other is doing. How can a company so large, make such a horrible mistake. My shipment has been across the county 3 times!!! I've wasted a lot of time trying to clear this up..What are you going to do to make this up to me, as a customer?
I paid $18.99 to have it shipped. I insist this amount be returned to me. How about my lost time,,,,how will you make that up? Not to mention the incompetent people that work for you, that put this package on a plane 5 or 6 times !! And there's no possible way that you can make up to my child, who did not get a very special gift on Christmas morning. There is nothing so sad for a mother to see, then her child cry in front of the treethinking that Santa had forgotten a gift, she had asked for. You might not think so, but this is a huge to deal to a kid !!!

I expect to here from you, with a resolutionand a proper way to make this up to me and my child.

I am also going to inform the Better Business Bureau of this mess. I'll will be telling everyone I know to NEVER use your company. I have never had this kind of problem with UPS or Fed-Ex.

Maybe you should spend less money on Super Bowl commercials and more money on Logistics and organization in your company.
