The information above shows the package's tracking ends in LEIPZIG Germany on April 14 2016, that was 1 week ago. Package is a transit, origins Turkey, destination USA.

DHA can not provide any information and says it is held by German customs,but failing to update the tracking or provide any documentation at all  to confirm this statement.

Also the shipments in-transit should not be subject to customs VAT or TAX inspection as EU is not an origin, neither final destination.

 

Interestingly enough, after brief google search I have discovered that at least 7 DHL customers have reported same issue on the same date around the same time in Leipzig, Germany.

Dr Kellyann Bone Broth I ordered $300 worth of product on August 12th and they shipped it by DHL on August 15th and it’s been sitting in Whittier CA since 8/18 and the company refuses to give me any help or a refund. They send canned email replies that make no sense.

Selfridges Selfridges I ordered perfume that called ROBERT PIGUET and that cost 168$ , I received incorrect item thar called BAIES room spray cost 50$ , i contacted with customer service of selfridges they said sent the picture of incorrect item i sent 3 picturs one invoice for what must they deliver to me another one the invoice and perfume for that incorrect item , i told them to send the correct perfume again they said their policy just refund a money, I returned the incorrect item with DHL and didn’t give me recipe or bill to proof that to selfridges.. and my problem pending until now because they want invoice to make sure I refunded that .. Hotrait They sent me the wrong item which is inferior to the advertised one, then when I asked for a refund, they demanded that I sent it back via DHL or UPS, whereas they sent it to me via regular post. In Australia we only have DHL, and the cost of return AU$93 is greater than the refund AU$81.70
