I ordered on Aug. 27th 2010 and then I canceled with in less than half an hour when I became suspicious this was a scam. I told them not to ship the product. I have a cancellation number from Aug. 27th 2010. They assured me I would be charged only the shipping as stated in the contract. However on Sept. 9th I got hit for $39.95 and again on Sept. 27 for $87.47 the price of the product if you don't cancel in 10 days, and also $2.95 on Sept 27. I guess that was the shipping charge for a product that was never shipped.

Stay away from this Company. I had to dispute the charges with my bank who has opened an investigation. And chose to cancel that card. I called our local Police dept. who recommended Ripoff Report and they told me there is an FBI investigation into Diet Max. They also recommended canceling all cards associated with the account.
