Here is an easy case for a fraud class action against this internet chameleon company. I placed an online order for a fairly priced camera through DIGITALNERDS.COM. The next morning I received a phone call from a perfectly rude individual attempting to up-sell me on accessories.

My "No Thank you" induced this person to become hostile, at which point he said he would cancel the order. Unfortunately, he has all of my information in his basement where I imagine he is doing business from.

I will gladly offer my email evidence and input to shut this thief or thieves down. If you are a law firm or lawyer please consider this case. This company's bait and switch tactics along with their arrogance will provide more than enough evidence for a solid case. This company may be whole lot larger than one thinks.
