digital tv express i bought a cable tv descambler on 7/7/2010 which i received on 7/12/2010 i hook up the box per instructions it did not work call digital tv express they told me to call the cable company ,they said th englewood, Colorado

i bought a digital cable box on 7/7/2010 and received on 7/12/2010 for 140.00 dollars cod hook up the box did work call digital tv express they told to call the cable company to address the box call cable company they said box will work on there system then call digital tv express back to get refund spoke with sales person told me she will have a manger to call me back never received call that was 3 weeks ago every time i call get voicemail leave number still no  return call this company is a ripoff everything on web page is not true i would like full refund mislead by false info on web page
