These people are thieves they tell you that you can buy a cable box so you dont have to rent one and guarentee it will work with your cable company and save you money,the boxes are bogus and never return your calls.

Boxes don't return calls?

".... the boxes are bogus and never return your calls."

I would be surprised if they DID return your calls. ;)

Usually these "generic" boxes work on non-premium channels but not on the premium ones.
