digital tv express doesnt honor their return policy, Internet

i purchased a cable converter box in sept 2010.

i returned it oct 15 2010 .

i had to write and call at least 2 dozen times for my refund, as well as get the ohio attorneygenerals office involved.

there is a 20% restocking fee. i paid $ 230 for my purchase.

i finally received a refund of $ 156 today dec 21 2010. my refund should have been for $184 with the 20 % restocking fee.

so i guess i will be fighting again for my refund. and 1 more thing they dont answer your phone messages and dont answer your emails either
