The exact same thing happened to me.
End of March 2005 when I ordered a Plasma TV from DigitalNow.tv and sent $300 deposit. They gave a delivery date of May 12, 2005 then changed to May 25, 2005 with 50% price reduction for my inconvenience. No TV and then gave excuses about the manufacturer not having stock. I got a call from Neil and Eulan too.
Same story, same people, except they sent me a refund check that bounced and my bank charged me $30 extra for processing a bad check.
Buyer beware! Let me know if you have any luck with law enforcement. I heard that there are about 50 customers that they did this too. How about a class action lawsuit?
