The question is - where are all the lawyers who should be doing class action? I feel like a dummy because I never followed up on my delivery or sent back my loan papers. Back in August I had a new great job but I can sure use that $149.00 now. I still have my loan papers that were faxed to me by "Anthony". Who is LDS anyway (that's the company financing the TVs)? It's amazing that the 800 number still works and they're still taking messages! I am attaching copies of my loan papers which have addresses on them. Is that company still around?
