DigitalNowTV ripoff and no merchandis, regarding a purchase of 42" plazma TV-Black Stalluin wall mounted, picture in picture and picture over picture. Forwarded over $200.00, but received no merchandise. Internet

DigitalNowTV.Com is a ripoff/fraudulant sales ad to the pulic and should be penalized and prohibited of future advertisement/business in the USA as well as any website inter net. I believed this company was a genuine business. Ordered a 42" Plasma TV wall mounted picture in picture and picture over picture. Paid by check over the inter net in the amount of $199.90 plus tax totalling approximately over $212.00. I was told when the delivery date was and no merchandise was dilivered.

This transaction took place on July 10, 2005. They have given me two telephone number 1-888-446-4020 and 1-888-411-2791 ext 705. I also received via email an order confirmation letter at which I printed for my own records.

I request money returned to me and seriously penaltize these ripoff scamming individuals.
