Digitalnowtv ripoff Wilmington Delaware

Planned on purchasing a digital TV on a payment plan. First payment was $149.90 and then there were to be montly payments after shipment of the TV. TV never received. Contacted company for answers or refund but was unable to get a person. Filed a report with BBB of Delaware. They have many complaints and could not resolve them. They forwarded me to the Attorney General for resolution. No such luck as of yet.
