I went to www.dillards.com to buy shoes. At checkout I was offer 2-3 day shipping for $18. I agreed and paid the fee. They charged my bank and then sent me an email that my shoes were on back order and would be sent in about 30 days. I was not told the shoes were on back order at the time of purchase. I called Dillards and they were still going to charge me the expedited shipping fee because, and I quote "the shoes would be sent 2-3 shipping when they came in to their store". After a lot of complaining the did finally agree to refund the fee, but still, what a scam. Who would willingly pay for 2-3 day shipping when the product would be delivered more than 30 days later? Total rip off. I will never shop on their website again.
