GE Capital-Dillards RIP OFFF RIP OFFF CREDIT... Miami Florida

Annually GE Crecit (Dillards) changes my account password unbeknown to me until I attempt to go on line and pay my bill.  I have kept complete records of each time they change it.... Have been on the phone again today for over an hour speaking to DILLARDS transferring to broken ENglish folks at GE, back to Dillards, back to GE..... They send a password change email and don't like the answers to your questions, your grandmother and where you graduated from high school and then you can't change it STILL.

They do it so they can charge a late fee.... wrong....

DON'T SHOP DILLARDS TIL THEY REALIZE IT IS THE CUSTOMER STUPID, STUPID, NOT THE IDIOTS AT RIP OFF GE CREDIT. One of their agents told me to call GM as in General Motors.... DUH STUPID STUPID.
