DimOutShoes.comDimOutShoes DimOutShoes stole $121.54 from me... Palmetto Florida

I placed an order with Dimoutshoes.com on 4/26/08. I immediately received an automatic confirmation email afterwards. My account was charged the amount of $121.54.

I did not receive any kind of confirmation of shipment, (after two weeks) so I called them and spoke to "Kim" and she told me that the item was back ordered and so I asked her why I was not informed and she apologized for it.

I caled several times and it was always the same excuse by "Kim". I will check with shipping, I will send you and email or call you with the tracking number, we sent you the first pair ( I bought 3 ) and the ther 2 will be send next, etc. etc.

It was the SAME excuse over and over for over a month!!!

So when I called this morning, June 3rd, she told me the same story so I her to cancel my order and asked for a refund. "Kim" told me that my order had been canceled and I should be receiving a credit to my account shortly. That I will receive an email tommorrow. We'll see.

I should note that they have a peculiar way of answering their phone. It is rare that I get through to someone on the phone when I call this company. 90% of the time that I call I get an answering machine that says, 'all lines are busy, please call back.' Usually when you call a company with an 800 number, you are put on hold until a representative is available.

I sent several emails using their, 'problem ticket' system on their support website, to the manager, even the president. I think this is run by "Kim" and she have stolen my money.

Why about Better Business Bureau?
How can I report this "Kim" and get my money back?
