I'm been buying from DD for a couple of time and so far so good. There are some items not available after check out which I understand why others customers not happy. However, my order is not kind of desperately need items, was a little bit disappointed but the customers service team are very helpful and prompt and I'm happy to swap other items and they offer free shipping to kind of compensate. Although some products are not top quality but still a good buy. I agreed DD cash coupon/voucher is really tricky to use, perhaps DD can improve the website a little to be a bit more user friendly. Over all I'm a happy return customers.
