I purchased this item autel maxidas DS708 on 25/3/2013 with order number 896784C3-DD then they create a new order 478N2853866-DD, till now the item is not shipped and I got a lot of fake promises regarding my item, also I am getting conflicting information about my order, on chat with otta she said my item passed quality and will be shipped soon and got information from the complaint handling person that he will inform the factory, these numbers of lies are too much, simply say the truth where is my order, why it takes hell of time to be shipped comparing other online stores like eBay and Amazon, one more thing what factory that will ship the item, I purchased original item which is manufactured by maxidas inc.
I want my order to be shipped ASAP or give me my money back and I will purchase it from Amazon's website
