Direct Alternatives product that doesnt work & 30 day trial not 30 days then they charge you $99 S Portland, Maine

I ordered a free 30 day trial-recd on 1/31/13 of a medicinal product.to give it full benefit it was used for 3 weeks and i called to get return authorization # at which time i was told in 2 days i will be charged $99 because they go by when they shipped it-not mattering it took a week to get to me and i was totally dissatisfied with the product.This is totally not right-a man was cursing at me on the phone so-needless to say i called my bank to cancel the card I used immediately.This is very deceiving practice and they didnt even care that it didnt work.
