You pay for the shipping to get the product to evaluate for 30 days, after 30 days your billed per bottle like it says on the Recording before putting debit/cc info into automated system. If customer is unsatisfied with product you need to call the company to cancel, get an RMA and return the product back within 30 days like it says on the tri-fold brochure thats sent with the product that clearly states all terms on conditions on the back of it.

Maybe things have changed, but the recording was clear.  It said when I ordered that if I am not satisfied, I had to return the used and unused bottles but could keep the free gift.  It then said it would charge me $39.95 twice if I kept the free trail and $39.95 every two months til I cancelled.  It was very clear and though there was a push to join something else, I simply replied no and that was that.  Guess time will tell.
