Direct Merchants Bank Mastercard Fraudulent Billings! Harrassment! Tulsa Oklahoma

I paid the new payment amount in full February 2004. I even called them to cancel my account as of the day I sent them the last payment paid in full. Few days later I kept getting several phone calls harrassing for my payment stating it was late day in night out every day. Some of the the people that works in the office has been rude to me.

All of my other payments to other companies has gotten theirs and for some odd reason the payment to this company still has not recieved my payment and I have explained to them that I already sent them a payment in full and that I don't understand why it has not gotten there yet. I even sent them a fax of the proof that I have sent them the payment. They finally did get my payment two weeks later after I sent them my payment in full. Then they continue to harrass every day morning and night phone calls stating that I still owe them for late fee.

I told them it was not my fault that the payment that I sent gotten lost somehow during the two weeks that they cannot charge me late fees. They still insist on my paying them the late fees and they still are harrassing me with phone calls. I have tried working with them through mails, emails, phone calls explaining to them that it is paid in full and whatever happened during those two weeks it was lost either in the mail or what you cannot charge me the late fees for what was not my fault for being lost somehow. They are still charging me each month for late fees and the charges keeps going up every month.
