Direct USA Foods Forgery and alteration of Check, then posting for deposit Saint Petersburg, Florida

I am very dissatisfied, someone in their company forged my initials and altered a check that was made out to them.   Then the processed through the bank for deposit. I am not going to stand for that.
 
On January 16th  Alex who seemed to be a very nice employee of theirs sold
me some meats, and told me that I would be able to write him a check to the
company but post date it to the 19th of January so that the funds would be
available in my account,  after my wife and I had told him to come back on the 19th to do
business then. He said to save the trip we could post date the check.   So I
did this, and dated my check for the 19th of January, in the amount of 200.00
and paid him in cash 48.00 for the total of 248.00.
 
I have the carbon copy of my check,  and also have a copy of the check that the date was changed on, with someone using my initials to correct the date,  However the initials that were used were not my initials as I use 5 letters in my initials,  those being  RLLJr.   Whoever forged my
initials apparently were not aware of that, and as such I have copy of the check
that was altered without my knowledge, and my carbon copy of the check as it was
written.
 
Due to the altering of the check, I have encountered an overdraft fee for the check as it was processed before the agreed upon date or the date that was originally written on the check.

Attempted to contact them at their customer service number only to get recordings,  attempted to send them emails regarding the matter,  only not to get any responses.   They are avoiding contact attempts.
