Just a little detail the un-happy customers of this company might be interested in. They may sell inferior meat and seafood products, but if you need drugs they do a very good job of delivering them too. No joke!!!
The food and company might be less then legit but a few of the employees stink worse then the food and they are a bit more un-scrupulous then the company itself. A good friend of mine went into training with them and really did believe it was a legit business and put time and even money into trying to do a good job. Well that lasted until his second instructor had to get cash from him to buy gas for the truck. Then deals were made, meat for drugs and then drugs for cash.
My friend told the manager when they returned back to the office and he claimed it was none of his business as long as the product was paid for.
What more can I say about a company who's practices are such?

Let me address the issue regarding our products: As the Operations Manager for Direct USA I can assure you that the products we sell are USDA inspected and packaged in Government Inspected facilities. I will be perfectly honest and say that there have been some complaints in the past regarding our steaks. We have changed the company that we purchase our steaks from and no longer have any quality issues on our products. Direct USA has been in business for 10 years in February 2008 and has become a leader in the home delivery industry.
Next, all of our "Sales People" are Independent Contractors. This means that we sell them our products and they go out and sell them directly to the public. Even though they are not "Employees" we still expect the contractors to follow the "Professional Standards" that the company has set for them.
I apologize for any quality issues and assure you that we strive for 100% Customer satisfaction.
