I've been trying to get a refund since the middle of January 06. First they said my order was not approved by the doctor, and I would be refunded. Then they said there was a mix up and I was approved and they would send the meds. Then finally I received an apology for all the problems and would receive a refund within a week. That was 01/31/06.
I have emailed numerous time with no answer. I once got through on the phone only to be get the same phony assurance of receiving a refund, again there was some sort of mix up etc. I've been ignored the last 2 months or so. They also never answer their phone any more. Do NOT do business with these people. It is a SCAM!

After emailing the BBB and then writing a letter to CEO of the company with an attached letter from the BBB, happily I got a check for the whole amount, including the amount they stated was non-refundable. Thanks!!!
