DirecTV Mailing back equipment Scam and Fraud Greenwood Village, Colorado

After cancelling their service, they sent me a box to put the receiver/DVR and any other equipment owned by them to be returned to them. This box came with packaging tape and a mailing label. I followed all the instructions provided word by word and mailed it off to USPS as stated in the directions. Since I followed the directions precisely, I assumed that they would receive the equipment within that week.

Now they are telling me that I own them $270 for it because the equipment was supposedly never received by them. They even sent me to collections so that it will hurt my credit if I don't pay them. The people at DirecTV are scam artists. I plan to spread the word on DirecTV so that everyone knows how much fraud they are committing at that corporation.
