After switching to Directv and having it installed on 6/16 the Internet would never connect correctly. Called same night and was told problems on their end and esculation sent. Called back a few days later still no internet connection. Esculation sent again. Called back again had to go through all kinds of restarts and nothing worked. Finally called again and had a technician come out on 7/13/16 and hard wire Internet connection. Was told after tech fixes service to call back for credit. Called 7/18 for credit and was told by representative Shayla she needed to speak to manager about credit. 40 minutes later was told no credit would happen. Could only give extra had channels. Asked for supervisor and spoke with Shaun who wouldn't give his last name and smugly told me I wasn't going to get any credit. Asked for his supervisor and he wouldn't give it to me. Asked for corporate number he said he could only give me an address. Really ? He would not help me and was just plain sarcastic and unwilling to help!
