Directv Bank account overdrawn from unauthorized access West Chester Ohio

I cancelled my services with Directv a couple of months ago.  I tried to research the return of the equipment.  They said well all you have to do is wait for your billing cycle to end and we will ship a box to you.  I completed that.  I knew I owed a final bill for the services and not the equipent. I made a small payment since I am on limited income so I planned on doing that until it was complete.  They kept calling my phone everyday all day.   

One day I go to check my bank account and my account is overdrawn by over 70 dollars.  I log on and see that the initially tried to charge me for equipment then reversed it.  Well further down the list, they had charged my bank account over 300 dollars.  They had used my credit card that I had stored in the internet. 

I called the company to let them know I don't appreciate them taking money from me without authorization.  He said you can go online and do a dispute....did that and now have to wait 10 days.  In the meantime I had to get with my bank about it which means in the end, my account will incur fees that I don't have which will probably amount to calling them back again to take care of these extra fees! 

I did not really have any problems with this company until this incident....I chose to just cut off the services because the bill each month for cable was over 100 dollars!  That is crazy when I could get bundled services for a little more than 100 dollars.
