They are penalizing me for signing up with their service 10 days before a promo came out. So, out of good faith I sign up with them in December 2013 for their Premier package,  they install on 12/28. Starting 1/7/14 they are now giving away NFL Sunday Ticket Max 2014 for the same exact cost as I'm paying. After spending an hour on the phone with them I have decided I will never recommend them to anybody. I will be cancelling my service as soon as possible. What a joke! Will be contacting my lawyer, since they never gave me all the hardware I purchased. Seems like a breech of contract on their part for the undelivered hardware. You can bet I'll be spreading the word anywhere I can. Keep this in mind when you're choosing.

when you pay for something and find out it is cheaper within 10 days of your purchase, you never go back for a refund, even if it's a an appoximately $350 savings. Every other company I know of has a policy to give a refund for the difference within a certain time frame, normally 2 to 4 weeks. This helps promote customer loyalty and doesn't penilize customers for not being able to see the future and relize it's better if they wait on that purchase. My whole problem is that if I signed up 1/7/14 I would be paying the same exact price and getting an additional package.

Maybe $350 is chump change to you, but when I get cheated out of that amount it upsets me. Yes, I said cheated, because now if I order the NFL Sunday Ticket Max package I am paying $350 more than someone who signs up this year for DircecTV. They just feel they have people hookwinked with the 24 month contract and they don't have to budge. You better get back on the phones and diappoint some more DirecTV customers:P

 How exactly can you call them a bad company when they wont give you a sign up bonus AFTER you have signed up with them. Thats just sour grapes on your part. YOU missed out on that promotion. GET OVER IT!!! And I certainly DO hope you cancel your services. Atleast that way maybe YOU will learn a lesson when they slap you with a $400.00+ ETF.

They are NOT a bad company for NOT giving you the current promotional package. YOU are the scammer because YOU are attempting to use "Internet Blackmail" to attempt to get your way. YOU feel its perfectly all right to defame them because THEY did not give YOU your way. As for not recieving ALL the equiptment, you do realize we are ONLY a couple of weeks past christmas and much like everyone else they are OUT OF STOCK. Being out of stock is NOT a breach of contract as they DO NOT have direct control over that issue.

YOU need to grow the h*** up and start acting like an adult.
