I ordered a dutchess sofa about 3 months ago and was told it would take 7-8 weeks or less to be delivered.  Since then I have talked to ivas 20+ times.  He never seems to know anything at all.  I originally asked for some rough dimensions of the sofa and he told me he had worked there for 20 years and NO ONE has ever asked him that before.  As it turns out he does not make them but subs all this stuff out to thers.  This is fine other than the fact he has no idea what or where anything is.  

He actually told me a few weeks ago it shipped already.  When I called the following week he said the factory was out of my material and he didnt know when that specific fabric would arrive.  So i gave him a few more options out of fabrics he said were available.  Keep in mind that this guy has NEVER replied to a single email or phone call EVER.  I had to beg him just to get send me a receipt!  He told me he was driving down to the factory to see what was going on and he would get back to me the following monday.  Guess what, he never called.  So I called and he told me that my sofa was up next since it had been so long.  

At this point I not only want to get my money back and cancel this but I want to make sure that others are aware that this guy is not fully functional.  He seems like a nice guy, in a senile way.  

As a business this place is a joke.  I would actually be ok waiting if he had called me back just once to give me an honest answer.  According to him he is too busy to keep up with orders.  yet we have plenty of time to discuss where my sofa is for an hour a few times a week.
