This month I have used up my entire 10 GB of data in just 10 days. This has never happened before.

I looked at the modem and noticed that the send light is flashing continuously, even with my router disconnected. I am 100% sure that the modem is defective and is using up all of my data.

The following morning I purchased some additional gigabytes of data and left the router disconnected throughout the day. At 8 p.m. I checked my data usage on the mydish.com website and it has used up half a gigabyte of data all by itself!

I called Dish broadband support and explained the situation. He said that the modem was behaving normally and I have used up all of my data by watching YouTube videos. That is total BS.

I did some research online and I am not the only one experiencing this issue. I am going to file complaints with the BBB and DATCP, and I encourage everyone else to do the same. These crooks need to be put out of business!

dishnet. i called dish net 18003333474 . they said i need to pay 100$ before they transfer me to the technician i had denied couple of time then 3rd time i called they said they have to have 100 doller to transfer me . after they took money they give me # 18005330287. when i called same person answer and put me on hold no one came back. then i call another # dish people denied that they had not take any money and some on hack their phone #. i think that is inside dish people doing that.its ripp off. i had called my bank. but not sure who have my money. beware of dish people they took My info and took money
